Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours in major cities where available. Delivery times to remote wilayas may take longer. We will contact you to confirm delivery timing.

Payment
Payment is collected in cash upon delivery. You are not required to pay anything before receiving your package.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule. Multiple failed attempts may result in order cancellation.
